It should be noted that previously the number of vacancies for the posts was 800 which has been increased later to 1200 posts. Further, the government also decided to relax the upper age limit for aspirants. Thus, after detailed scrutiny, the upper age limit for candidates has been increased from 28 to 30 years.
The Office of Lt. Governor of J&K announced this on Twitter which states that “Following representation from various delegations, the Govt has taken a decision to provide one-time age relaxation for aspirants in the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in @JmuKmrPolice. The Upper age limit increased from 28 to 30yrs &no. of UT cadre posts also enhanced from 800 to 1200.”
How to Download JKSSB Police SI Exam Admit Card 2022?
- Visit the official Website of Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board– jkssb.nic.in
- On the home page, open the link named as “JKSSB Hall Ticket of Written Examination for the post of Police Sub Inspector Advt No. 06 of 2021”.
- Enter the required credentials i.e., Application Form Number/ Registration Number and Date of Birth on a login page.
- Hit the “Submit” button.
- Finally, the JK Police SI Written Exam Admit Card 2022 will appear on the screen.
- Download the Hall Ticket and save it for future references.
- Print a hard copy of your call letter and bring it to the examination centre, iot is a moandatory document.
